Lawyers may just be in the most unhealthy profession. The ill effects of lawyering including excessive stress, job disatisfaction, and lack of work/life balance are well known.

We focused on practical tips on how lawyers can transform stress and live happier lives. The basics of stress management including getting regular exercise, eating nutritious meals, creating an optimistic mind-set, developing a support system, and taking time out for rest and renewal still are essential skills.
However, we focused on managing energy by telling yourself stories that create engagement and self-renewal. Rather then tell yourself "I'm consumed" ask what story will help energize purpose-filled action?
